Warranty

Our products come with a lifetime warranty, meaning there is no time limit from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship but not normal wear and tear from use. If such a defect is found, we will repair or replace your product at no repair cost.

To validate the warranty, we will need photographs of the item along with the necessary details. Clava·F will review the case and will have the final decision on the outcome of the process.

Important:

• The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs required to return the product.
• This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
• Proof of purchase is mandatory.
