Shipping policy

Delivery times: The total delivery time is 1 to 5 business days. We aim to process orders on the same day of purchase or the following day. Once the package has been handed over to the courier company, delivery time is 1 to 3 business days (that is, excluding weekends).

Shipping costs: The shipping cost within Spain is currently €4.90, and shipping is free if the conditions announced in the banner at the top of the website are met.

Shipping method: All our orders are shipped using a national tracked courier service. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can monitor the status of your shipment at all times.

Order processing: We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands: Although these shipping zones may not be available on the website by default, you may contact us to inquire about shipping rates.

Shipping to Europe: We ship to most European countries at a flat rate of €14.90. Delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the destination. The carrier may vary depending on destination and availability. Prices include the applicable VAT in accordance with the EU OSS scheme.

International shipping: We currently offer international shipping. Please contact us directly so we can assess the available options and provide pricing, as this will vary depending on the weight of the parcel and the destination country.

Liability: We make every effort to ensure orders arrive on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or logistical issues.
