Refund policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

Spain: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Europe and international: Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the total refund amount. We will provide shipping instructions once the return has been approved.

The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods or custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items). If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day European Union cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded within 10 business days. Please remember that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
